We do not store or have access to your card details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by Square.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Menu items and prices may change at any time.
Article 3 – Delivery and Collection
Delivery zones, times and fees are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary depending on order volume, traffic or other factors outside our control.
If you choose collection, please arrive at the agreed time and bring proof of your order confirmation.
Article 4 – Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel an order, please call 01832 272723 as soon as possible.
Once food has been prepared or delivered, refunds are not normally available unless required by law.
If an item is missing, incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the issue.
